IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SKIN


I am a skincare product addict. There I said it! I am obsessed with skincare. I have bought, tried, hated, loved, hoarded so many facial products that I probably need an intervention at this point. Throughout my 30 year career as a beauty model I have had virtually everything put on my face at work. The good ones, the bad ones and even the ugly ones. As someone who suffers from eczema and has allergic reactions to many synthetic dyes and fragrances, it was imperative for me to use products that did not create trauma for my skin. I have also noticed that my skin always feels cleaner, less weighted, more able to breathe, more like skin, when I use natural products. I started using natural skincare long before it was trendy and I really believe this has helped me have the skin I do today. My skin has been the foundation of my decades long career and with the launch of my own line, I hope other women can realize their best skin, naturally. For me it's always been all about the skin.

I've been a beauty model for more than 30 years, long before Photoshop and FaceTune were Apps on a Smart Phone. When skin had to look good in REAL life. And during my career, I've been lucky enough to have done some incredible jobs and work with amazingly talented people. My Vogue and Elle covers were highlights for me. I was also one of the first ethnic models to sign an exclusive contract with a major cosmetics company. My skin has been the foundation of my decades long career and with the launch of my own line, I hope to help women realize their best skin.
I have had such an incredible journey during my years in the fashion industry, working with magazines such as Vogue, Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour, Madame, Flare, Amica, and many more. I have also appeared in advertising and catalogues for many brands such as Victoria's Secret, Guess, DKNY, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Ralph Lauren and others. I travelled the world on shoots in gorgeous locations like the Maldives, Morocco, South Africa, Lanzarote, Australia, Brazil, many parts of Europe, and even shooting on a glacier in Alaska! Recently  I was featured in the iconic Fit to Be campaign for NYDJ, with Ashley Graham, Christie Brinkley and Bridgette Moynahan.
